don't know about game of the year but my sleeper hit of the year is sleeping dogs. i really hope they make a second one.

Top Contenders for GOTY for me.

1. Far Cry 3 (this game is amazing)
2. Assassin's Creed III (It has it's problems, It still a great game)
3. Borderlands 2 (One best Villain Characters in a long time, Handsome Jack is just a great character. Plus you have characters like Clap Trap, Lilith, Tiny Tina, Mad Moxxi, etc..)
