Well, I will chime in and talk specifically about the issues we are having with Live. Since December 25th I have seen the following, we are on the east coast of the USA in Charlotte, NC.
When I try to log in to Live sometimes the blade has no data and in the center of the screen is the spinning circle. Sometimes after 2-5 minutes my stuff will appear. most of the time it'll at least come up after 30 seconds or so and tell me how many of my friends are online if any but the blade will still not be populated. So, for instance, if I'm in the games blade I don't see any of my stuff, not even the top level menus. Also, if I do manage to get into Live, getting into a game is difficult at best. Call of Duty 4 is good for about 1 game out of every 4 I try to get into. Most of the games quit or boot me while playing but every now and again I get a decent experience. This continues all the way through today so it's been exactly 8 days. I confirmed the same type of behavior with two real-life friends here at the office today, obviously they are in the same geographical area and both use the same ISP so I'm wondering what everyone else is seeing out there.
