Default Good free image program?
The one I use now dont recognize some image files.. I need one to make picture resizes, thumbnails etc.

you can use a power toy... I posted the link some time ago?
Here is the link... It allows you to resize images by simply right clicking and choosing resize

Right Click and Save-As
