wow i hope they do that in the states. I'm not sure if i'm the only one but my disk tray has trouble opening and my system isn't in its top shape.

Is msft backing this recall, or is EB fronting all the cash to replace these?

I think EB is doing it. EB sending all 360 back to Microsoft and asking for new 360's. Might not see it in the US. Since Install base in the US is huge compared to Australia. At lease some places are taking steps to insecure that Customers are happy.

I guess they are saying might as well do a big chunk in a short amount of the time instead of dragging this for a year or 2,this might happen in NA also in a not so distant future,makes sense.
